Treatments and Adjunctive Therapy Offerings
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
We offer bioidentical estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone—hormones that are chemically and molecularly identical to those your body naturally produces. As hormone levels decline with age and life transitions, targeted replacement helps restore physiologic balance. When dosed and monitored appropriately, bioidentical hormone therapy can significantly reduce menopausal symptoms and support overall metabolic, cognitive, sexual, and bone health.
NAD+
We offer NAD+ therapy to support cellular energy production and metabolic function. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme essential for mitochondrial activity, DNA repair, and healthy cellular aging. Levels naturally decline with age and physiologic stress. When clinically appropriate, NAD+ therapy may support energy, cognitive function, and overall metabolic resilience. NAD+ therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment and is offered as part of an individualized wellness plan following medical evaluation.
Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin is a growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that stimulates the body’s natural production of growth hormone. When clinically appropriate, tesamorelin may support reductions in visceral adipose tissue, improvements in metabolic markers, and favorable changes in body composition without directly administering growth hormone. Therapy is prescribed only after medical evaluation and is individualized based on patient goals and risk profile.
GLP-1's, GLP-1/GIP
We offer GLP-1 and dual GLP-1/GIP therapies to support metabolic regulation and weight management in appropriate patients within the confines of a hormone optimization program. These medications work by improving insulin sensitivity, reducing appetite dysregulation, and slowing gastric emptying—addressing the physiologic drivers of weight gain rather than relying on willpower alone. When clinically indicated, GLP-based therapies can support sustainable fat loss, improve cardiometabolic markers, and reduce obesity-related health risks.
Lipo-C
Lipo-C is a lipotropic injectable containing methionine, inositol, choline, and vitamin B12—nutrients involved in fat metabolism and liver function. When clinically appropriate, Lipo-C may support energy production, metabolic efficiency, and fat utilization, particularly in patients addressing metabolic dysfunction or weight-management challenges. Lipo-C is not a stand-alone weight-loss treatment and is offered following medical evaluation to ensure safety and appropriateness.
Sermorelin
Sermorelin is a growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that stimulates the pituitary gland to support the body’s natural production of growth hormone. Unlike administering growth hormone directly, sermorelin works by encouraging physiologic hormone release. When clinically appropriate, sermorelin may support improvements in body composition, sleep quality, recovery, and overall metabolic function.
